As a Senior Project Manager in the Building Envelope group, Mr. Roblee has over 25-years of Construction experience in California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University. Starting in 1990, Mr Roblee has been involved in the construction industry beginning as a laborer, carpenter, General Contractor, peer review inspector (all trades), and a Building Envelope Specialist. Over his career, Mr. Roblee has gained extensive experience in building design, functionality, and all aspects of the building envelope from the very beginning of a project in the below grade water proofing to the roof, including water proofing, exterior cladding, window systems and roofing. Not only that but Mr. Roblee, as a general contractor, built numerous large scale homes in the San Diego area. Mr. Roblee has managed the day to day activities of projects from plan review, to daily inspection services and final closeout. Projects in his career have been high-rise office buildings, educational campuses, low-rise medical office facilities, hospitals, restaurants, and multi-level apartment complexes. He has experience as a defect and third party inspector since 2003. Mr. Roblee is also certified to perform AAMA 501.2 and ASTM E1105 window and wall testing having participated or managed in over 100 procedures.
