Ms. Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, a Graduate Degree in Construction Management and is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) from Construction Specification Institute (CSI). She has over six years of experience in Construction Management and more than ten years of experience in the Management Industry. Specific expertise includes: Cost analysis during Pre-construction process and construction contract administration. As Project Manager for the surety team Ms. Hernandez, provides project management services for Vertex in the South-East Region, Central Region, Midwest region and Latin America. She is fluent in English and native Spanish. Her roles and responsibilities include managing surety files, claims investigations, completion contracting, construction management, financial analysis, field investigation activities, and composition of complex technical reports as well as cost-to-complete analysis.
