Ms. Soave is a registered architect with over 25 years of architectural design, senior management, and field experience in the building industry. Her diverse experience is in managing residential, institutional, higher ed. and K-12 projects including new construction, renovations, and transformative reuse of historic buildings. Drawing on her background in architecture, engineering and project management, Ms. Soave brings a resourceful contribution to the team to ensure the best possible outcome on a project.
As a Site Construction Manager at VERTEX, she provides day-to-day oversight of the project progress, assisting the Owner with budgetary, design, and schedule management.
Ms. Soave has a strong background in leading successful complex projects from initial proposal to post occupancy closeout. She has assisted owners through programming studies, master plans, regulatory approvals, contractor selection, budget oversight and construction schedules to deliver award winning projects. She has assisted clients with understanding their needs through environmental and feasibility studies. Her expertise in problem solving, good communication, and thoughtful design solutions is evident in over 20 major successful projects. Her philosophy for successful leadership is that of listening, assuring all team members have the tools they need to perform their work and encouraging a positive attitude through the most difficult decisions and problem resolutions.
