VERTEX is proud to see the completion of Gallery 64, the new residential component of Museum Place, which also included the restoration and expansion of the historic Randall Junior High School, now known as the Rubell Museum DC.
Gallery 64 is a new 12-story LEED Gold, Class A multi-family building comprised of 492 units, including two below-grade parking levels. Unit layouts range from studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, including 19 two-story, townhouse-style residences and two rooftop Penthouses.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a resort-style pool, fire pits, a grilling station, an outdoor kitchen area, and a dog run. Indoor communal areas include a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a co-working space with individual working spaces and conference rooms, a game room, a fitness center, a pet spa, a maker space, and a music and production studio.
VERTEX performed our standard Lender’s representative services during the course of construction, including monthly site observations and timely draw review and reporting, which led to on-time funding. VERTEX’s consistent and informative communications with our client ensured they stayed well informed on the construction progress and any unforeseen circumstances.
