On September 1, 2023, Watertown High School rejoiced at their new modular high school’s ribbon-cutting ceremony. This accomplishment reflects the team’s dedication and determination. They transformed a baseball field into a 70,000-square-foot, two-story modular school. Now, the community anticipates their new high school’s construction phase.
“Congratulations to the Watertown High School team for successfully completing the new modular high school and renovation of an area of the middle school earlier this month. In (53) project meetings, the team designed, fabricated, permitted, constructed, and moved into a 70,000 sf 2-story modular school placed on a baseball field. It took incredible teamwork, diligence, communication, leadership, and sheer willpower to make this happen for the teachers and students of Watertown starting classes on Tuesday after the holiday.
