Vitaliy Y. Florin holds ten years of experience in the property management, real estate, and construction industry and a BS degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining VERTEX, Vitaliy held various positions in the residential sector, including property management, estimating, and most recently, was a Superintendent for a General Contractor for high-end residential projects.

Due Diligence | Vitaliy plays a crucial role in helping Clients within the Due Diligence stage. He has worked on multiple Property Condition Assessments which allows Clients to identify the current state of their property and outline the steps needed to improve it.

Preconstruction Experience | Vitaliy has completed numerous Plan and Cost Reviews throughout his tenure at VERTEX. His construction background experience allows him to provide Clients with the information they need to make the right decisions.

Construction Experience | Vitaliy assists in multiple construction related services including Construction Draw Preparation, Construction Draw Review, Project Closeout and Construction Cost Analysis. Prior to VERTEX, Vitaliy worked for a General Contractor allowing him to gain valuable onsite experience.

Operational Experience | Vitaliy helps support and oversee multiple functions within the Post Construction/Operations stage.
