Mike joined the VERTEX team with over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Before joining VERTEX, Mike worked as an owner’s representative with additional experience as an owner/builder and general contracting project manager. Mike is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction project management for commercial and residential construction.
His strengths include: Construction Project Management, Modular Construction, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Control Management, Project Contract Administration during the pre-design, design, procurement, construction and post-construction project phases
Mike’s responsibilities with VERTEX include: Plan and Cost Reviews, Mid-Construction Reviews, Limited Cost Reviews, Construction Draw Preparation Services, Property Condition Assessments, Construction Project Management Services
Due Diligence Mike has extensive experience within the Due Diligence stage with 11 plus years of experience as an owner’s representative. He has successfully managed projects’ site layout design, surveys, etc. prior to acquisition for a wide variety of project types.
Preconstruction Experience Mike has 11 plus years of experience within the Preconstruction stage for ground up, expansion and remodels. His experience includes scope development, bid preparation/evaluation, budgeting/estimating, phasing/scheduling, and material/equipment procurement management.
Construction Experience With over 30 plus years of experience working within the Construction stage, Mike has the skills to manage and coordinate construction administration, scheduling, resource management, budget/change management, etc. for a wide variety of project types. He is a valuable resource to VERTEX’s diverse clientele.
Operations Experience Mike helps support multiple functions within the Post Construction/Operations stage.
