Ian Lyster

Ian Lyster is a licensed Massachusetts asbestos project monitor, licensed Massachusetts asbestos inspector, certified air sample analyst per the NIOSH-582 Method, radon measurement professional, certified mold inspector, and holds a project management certification. Field experience and expertise include the oversight of asbestos and lead abatement projects, collecting and analyzing air samples per the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), conducting inspections for the presence of asbestos containing materials (ACM), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), and lead (PB) in commercial and residential buildings. Additionally, Mr. Lyster provides radon measurement services and analysis, legionella sampling on cruise ships and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services. Mr. Lyster holds both OSHA 10 hour and OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER certifications. He is a graduate from St. Michael’s College with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Biology.
