VERTEX was retained for delay, damages, and standard of care opinions for a dispute between a developer/builder and the Architect of Record in an arbitration proceeding. The project was a nine-story, 278-unit apartment building in Phoenix, Arizona. VERTEX issued two expert reports and provided deposition testimony on our evaluation of schedule and delay, delay damages, review of over 75 alleged errors and omissions, and standard of care opinions related to architectural and MEP design. The matter was settled prior to arbitration.
