In Canada, VERTEX’s wholly-owned subsidiary, VTX, is headquartered in GTA and has active projects across the provinces and territories. VERTEX’s team includes licensed Professional Geoscientists (P.Geo.) in Ontario and Saskatchewan, licensed Professional Geologists (P.Geol.) in Alberta, and licensed professionals with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, pursuant to Ontario’s Brownfield Legislation, Ontario Regulation 153/04, (168.3 (2).
