ABA Forum on Construction Law 2025: Vertex Sponsors and Exhibits

September 3, 2025

Vertex is pleased to serve as a Gold Sponsor and exhibitor at the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2025 Fall Conference, taking place September 3–5, 2025, at the Omni Louisville Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.

This year’s conference, themed “Constructing Project Contracts: Off to the Races!”, will gather construction attorneys, industry leaders, and professionals for substantive sessions on the evolving landscape of construction contracts. Programming will highlight key issues including project delivery methods and financing strategies, negotiation of prime and subcontract clauses, customizing payment provisions, and the role of ancillary agreements such as lender consents and bonds. Additional sessions will address attorney well-being, strategies for navigating project closeout, and litigators’ perspectives on how contract provisions hold up in practice. Attendees will also enjoy numerous networking opportunities and the distinctive hospitality of Louisville.

Connect with Vertex

As part of our sponsorship, Vertex will be on-site exhibiting and available to connect with peers, clients, and colleagues throughout the conference. We invite attendees to visit our booth to discuss industry challenges, explore opportunities, and learn more about how Vertex supports clients through comprehensive construction and legal services.
