VERTEX will participate in the Sao Paulo Arbitration Week (SPAW) 2025, taking place October 20–24 in São Paulo, Brazil. Organized by the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the CCBC (CAM-CCBC), SPAW is an annual initiative that brings together events, discussions, and networking opportunities centered around arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The week aims to strengthen Sao Paulo’s position as an arbitration-friendly seat and a global hub for ADR innovation and collaboration.
VERTEX will be represented by Simon Braithwaite, MSc, BSc (Hons), Senior Managing Director, who is internationally recognized as a leading quantum and delay expert with more than 25 years of experience in construction consulting, engineering claims, and dispute resolution.
