Vertex and LitCon Sponsor and Speak at ABA FCL MidWinter Meeting

January 9, 2025

Vertex and LitCon Group, a Vertex Company (LitCon), are proud to sponsor the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s 2025 Midwinter Meeting, taking place January 15-17, 2025, at the Hilton Tampa Downtown in sunny Tampa, Florida. This year’s theme, “Maximizing Returns: Proven Strategies for Project Owners and Developers,” aligns with our shared commitment to delivering solutions that empower project owners and developers to achieve success.

This conference promises engaging sessions, thought leadership, and opportunities for networking with top professionals in the field of construction law. The program will delve into critical topics such as dispute resolution, project financing, the impact of recent legal developments, and post-construction strategies to optimize operations and maintenance.

Vertex and LitCon are teaming up to bring a strong presence to the event. Attendees from our organizations include James Granstra and Andy Miltonberger, PE, from Vertex, alongside Joe Castellano, PE, Jason Ligon, CFE and Phil Snyder, PE, from LitCon. Highlighting our involvement, LitCon Managing Director, Brian Hanifin, will be a featured speaker during Thursday’s Plenary 2 session, “Construction Management for the Owner – How to Augment Your Project Team! CM’s, Program Managers, Owner’s Representatives.” This insightful session will explore how owners can strategically build and enhance their project teams, focusing on selecting the right resources, establishing effective communication protocols, and leveraging tools to drive better collaboration and outcomes.

As Silver Sponsors, Vertex and LitCon are thrilled to support this event and look forward to connecting with industry leaders. We are excited to contribute to the conversations shaping the future of construction law and management. If you’re attending, be sure to connect with our team during the event!
