Vertex Leaders Instruct on Construction Claims Avoidance and Delay Analysis

Vertex is pleased to share that Claims, Disputes & Investigations (CDI) Practice Area Lead Dayna Anderson, CMA, CFE and Director Andrew Miltonberger, PE will serve as instructors alongside J.D. Glisson, Partner at UB Greensfelder, for Constructing Success: Strategies for Claims Avoidance and Delay Analysis. 

This one-day program will take place on March 5, 2026, in St. Louis, MO, bringing together legal and technical perspectives to examine proactive strategies for claims avoidance, effective schedule analysis, and dispute mitigation throughout the construction lifecycle.  

Dayna and Andrew will leverage Vertex’s deep experience in construction claims consulting, forensic schedule analysis, and dispute resolution across public and private sector projects to provide meaningful insight.

Andy is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois.
