Vertex to Attend the 2025 AAA Construction Conference in NYC

June 10, 2025

Vertex will attend the 2025 AAA Construction Conference, taking place June 12–13 in New York City. Hosted by the American Arbitration Association® (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR), this annual conference convenes leaders from across the construction, legal, and dispute resolution industries to address key issues impacting the resolution of complex construction claims.

Representing Vertex’s Commercial Damages & Investigations practice are Aaron Fackler, PSP, OSHA 30, Managing Consultant, and Taylor Godbout, P. Eng, Director. Both will be onsite to participate in discussions and connect with clients and colleagues involved in resolving high-stakes construction disputes.

Vertex supports clients—including attorneys, contractors, owners, insurers, and sureties—by delivering objective analysis and expert guidance in matters involving construction arbitration, delay and disruption, standard of care, and cost-related claims. Whether engaged as consulting or testifying experts, Vertex provides support throughout the lifecycle of a dispute—from early-stage investigation and claim development through expert reports and arbitration testimony.

This year’s conference agenda includes sessions on presenting delay claims, navigating mega projects, incorporating technology in dispute resolution, ethics in arbitration, and international construction arbitration—topics closely aligned with the services Vertex delivers in complex domestic and cross-border matters.

To learn how Vertex can assist with your next claim or arbitration, connect with Taylor and Aaron during the event or visit vertexeng.com to explore our capabilities.
