VERTEX to Attend the ABA Fidelity Law Fall Meeting 2025

October 8, 2000

VERTEX will participate in the 2025 Fidelity Law Fall Conference on October 9–10, 2025, at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. This conference, organized by the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS), brings together industry leaders to explore the impact of emerging technologies on fidelity and crime insurance.

This year’s program, The Modern Fidelity Deskbook: Examining the Impact of Technology, will focus on practical approaches to handling claims affected by technological advancements. Discussions will cover topics such as underwriting and claims handling in an increasingly digital world, and the evolving landscape of fidelity and crime insurance.

Representing VERTEX’s team at this year’s event are Kyle Aldridge, CPA, CFF, Managing Director and Diana Minchella, Senior Managing Director and Practice Area Lead – Claims, Disputes and Forensics.

VERTEX’s Forensic Consulting and Expert Witness teams provide clients with in-depth analysis of complex claims, forensic investigations, and actionable insights for managing fidelity and surety risks. At the conference, our team looks forward to sharing expertise on emerging trends, discussing best practices in claims investigations, and connecting with peers to explore practical solutions for managing risk in today’s digital and evolving legal and insurance.
