VERTEX served as the Surety’s claims consultant and on-site representative for the construction of a new multi-family apartment complex in Kent, Washington. The complex consists of three, four-story buildings which are comprised of one-, two- and threebedroom units. In total, there are 283 units on 6.63 acres. In addition to the housing units, the project consists of a separate storage shed, and adjoining clubhouse and pool, a recreational area, and parking with 329 spaces.
VERTEX provided cost-to-complete analysis related to the project takeover agreement, on-site monitoring, scheduling, dispute advisory, and environmental consulting services on the project. VERTEX is committed to maintaining project continuity for the Surety and is maintaining operations with subcontractors and vendors during periods of General Contractor transitions.
