Description: Located in Little Italy between Hawthorn & Ivy street, AV8 is a mixed-use project bringing 8,000 square feet of retail space and 129 apartment units. The six-story tall building also has 2.5 levels of underground parking. While under construction, the project was known as Kettner Lofts.
