VERTEX performed Tenant Improvement services for a remodel build out; total project square footage was 61,108 SF. The entire space, which consisted of perimeter offices, multiple conference rooms, meeting rooms, interior restrooms, break rooms and all interior finishes, was demolished. After demolition was complete, VERTEX leveled the entire surface area of the floors. The floor area was grinded and floated out with new concrete to ensure elevations were consistent. The entire area of the suite consisted of all new construction.
Interior offices were constructed out of drywall headers and an aluminum and glass panel wall system. The space has open ceilings with overhead ceiling equipment exposed. VERTEX was able to maintain a clean open ceiling concept with all the new overhead equipment that feeds the space. New flooring consists of Maple engineered wood flooring and carpet at meeting rooms. The new floor plan includes conference rooms, recharge bars, kitchens, reception area with lobby co-working areas, café bar, prep room, business lounges and a newly remodeled courtyard with new landscaping. VERTEX built out the entire space from demo to completion in 20 weeks.
