This project was completed for financing purposes of eight industrial/warehouse buildings. Site personnel evaluated the building components such as exterior finishes, structural elements, roofing systems, mechanical systems, and fire systems visually during the on-site inspections. Predictions for repairs and replacements of building elements over the next 12 years were incorporated into the deliverable report to the Client.
