VERTEX’s subsidiary, Optistar identified and collected files from an office 365 account using criteria that were provided by the Client. After they were collected, the data was retained and shared with the Client for processing, review, and analysis. The Client then provided Optistar a privileged log and a set of native files to be produced. Optistar extracted data (including metadata) from the native files, converted them to image formats, applied bates numbers, and produced the data in PDF form.
