Vertex served as the surety’s completion Construction Manager for the construction of the $10M Florence and Chaftez Hillel House at Boston University. Our services included project budgeting, scheduling of remaining work, and closeout negotiations with the Owner. The facility features three chapels for worship, kosher kitchens and dining hall, coffee bar, student work, and study areas, as well as multi-use spaces. The building also includes galleries for temporary and permanent exhibits. Lounge spaces in the building provide a casual, at-home feel for students to gather in.
