VERTEX completed a 25,000 SF full-floor executive suites project in Broomfield, Colorado, for a repeat national client. Some of the features included polished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and edgy finishes providing a modern industrial feel to the space. The corridor light fixtures accentuate the barnwood wall features, digital wallcovering, and brick veneer features as well as the iconic hexagonal carpet. Coworking lounge areas and offices of various sizes meet the needs for both short- and long-term tenants of the space. VERTEX worked with an out-of-state designer to deliver this project on time and on budget.
