Mercy is a large Catholic healthcare system headquartered in Missouri, with clinics and hospitals across the Midwest, Great Plains, and Southeast. Marcy hired ADAMS to provide Owner’s Representation and Medical Equipment Services for their massive network of primary care and senior focused retail and freestanding clinics. ADAMS designed and developed these freestanding and retail clinic prototypes for Mercy and have replicated over 50 clinics.
Features of the facilities include:
- Freestanding primary care clinics ranging in value from $4-6M and spanning 6,000-12,000 square feet
- Retail clinics ranging in value from $1.2-2.2M and spanning 2,400-8,800 SF
Mercy also trusted ADAMS to manage construction of a FEMA-subsidized temporary emergency department and replacement critical access hospital located in Oklahoma after a tornado damaged the original facility.
