VERTEX performed Owner’s Construction Monitoring Services for the construction of the Modera River Trail Apartments in Redmond, Washington. The project is an eight-story mixed-use building containing 233 residential units and three retail spaces. The 292,958 square-foot building is situated on a 1.50-acre lot and located roughly sixteen miles east of Seattle, WA. The building façade primarily consists of fiber cement lap siding and fiber cement panels, with additional wood composite paneling at portions of the North and West Elevations.
VERTEX was responsible for attendance of OAC meetings, review of Contractor’s payment applications and Owner’s draw requests, change order consulting, and monitoring the Contractor’s schedule adherence, progress, quality of workmanship on-site.
