Nine Mile Station

Nine Mile Station is a 53,000 SF senior living apartment building with 50 residential units in Aurora, Colorado’s Regatta Plaza redevelopment. Santulan Architecture, formerly Parikh Stevens, designed the building, and the project is a collaboration between Solvera and Community Housing Development Association. The building is three stories, wood framed with engineered trusses supported on a post-tension ribbed concrete mat slab. The project includes a roof deck and amenities area.
