VERTEX teamed up with an existing client to remodel about 10,000 SF of office space for the tenant. The building is in the process of being renovated as it is near a light rail station and aiming to attract more prospective tenants.
The project involved demolition of the previous tenant’s space and the addition of new walls, ceilings, doors and high-end finishes. The finished project features a conference room with view of the downtown Denver skyline as well as a modern “refresh bar” with lounge seating.
