Special considerations were taken for hauling and disposal of hazardous materials away from the Project site. VERTEX’s expert produced a report and reviewed Owner provided project documents to accurately price work at the Project. VERTEX procured pricing from local subcontractors to develop a precise estimate for the county to have this specialized work performed.
