Woburn & Tewksbury Fairfield Inns

VERTEX’s Tenant Improvement division was awarded the renovation projects at Marriott Fairfield Inn properties in Tewksbury and Woburn, Massachusetts. The projects included creating an extended breakfast area by utilizing an adjacent guest room, creating new ADA accessible public bathroom space, and converting two adjoining guest rooms into a single fitness and exercise area. The lobby was also re-vitalized with an open concept reception area and welcoming entrance porte cochere which included modifying the entrance ramps. VERTEX aided in the resolution of a number of design challenges while paying close attention to detail and provided the hotel ownership group with a state of the art new space for their guests.
