Abi Davis

Managing Consultant, Project Advisory

Abi Davis is a graduate of Arizona State University (ASU), where she earned a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations of study in Construction Management and Urban Planning and a minor in Sustainability.

While at ASU, Abi joined the VERTEX team as a Project Coordinator Intern. Abi assisted project managers with Construction Draw Reviews, Plan and Cost Reviews and Due Diligence Reviews. Abi also developed a Cost Database of Fulcrum projects which all VERTEX employees utilize. This Cost Database continues to advance Fulcrum as a Pivotal Resource in the construction industry.

Abi contributes to critical risk management and quality control practices as a Managing Consultant through on-site observations and review of project documentation during all stages of the construction life cycle. Abi also assists VERTEX with Budget and Cost Analysis and Property Condition Assessments.

Due Diligence | Abi plays a crucial role in assisting throughout the Due Diligence process for our Clients. She has proved to be a valuable resource for managing and providing Fulcrum’s Due Diligence Clientele information.

Preconstruction Experience |Abi assists in the completion of construction costs and budget analysis and facilitates the coordination of construction documentation for VERTEX’s Preconstruction services.

Construction Experience | Abi routinely completes site observations monthly, conducts the review of construction monthly draw packages, and coordinates all missing items/documentation needed to complete and issue valuable information to Clients.

Operations Experience | Abi helps support multiple functions within the Post Construction/Operations stage.
