Adam Rhoten

Adam Rhoten has extensive experience in determining economic damages in federal and state courts and assisting in arbitration.
Adam specializes in calculating damages related to infringement of patents, misappropriation of copyrights, theft of trade secrets, and other commercial disputes involving intangible assets.
Adam has consulted on matters involving many of the AM Law 100 as well as served on working groups related to commercial goods, technology, and telecommunication as it relates to autonomous vehicles and modern mobility.
Prior to his consulting work, Adam worked as Director of Operation for a thermal engineering firm designing cooling solution for high-tech devises.
