Overview

Dayna Anderson is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. She has testified in federal court, as well as arbitration, related to economic damages. Dayna has also assisted counsel at mediation.

Dayna specializes in calculating damages related to forensic accounting, fraud investigations, breach of contract matters including lost profits, construction matters, insurance disputes, environmental disputes, and other commercial disputes.

Dayna has consulted on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and others in various industries, including financial institutions, renewable energy, oil and gas, hospitality, and manufacturing, among others.

Dayna has significant experience working on international disputes, including those tried in the International Chamber of Commerce. Dayna co-founded Breakwater Forensics, LLC. Breakwater was acquired by VERTEX in 2023.
