Gurtej SinghLEED AP, PMP

Gurtej is a Vice President for VERTEX’s Project Advisory Services group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Construction Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Gurtej is an experienced Owner’s Representative and Construction Project Manager, having worked in various sectors of the industry including hotels, commercial, multi-family residential, as well as institutional projects such as schools, libraries, courthouse, and a state police HQ. He was also part of a team providing long-term Program Management services to a federal client.

Gurtej has been in the building industry since 1999, and is well versed in delivering value to projects in various roles ranging from overseeing constructability reviews and design management, pre-construction services, contractor selection, to project oversight and contract administration. His team provides Project Management support and expertise during forensic and litigation matters, and has experience working with a wide variety of clients including private owners, developers, public agencies, HOA’s, insurance companies, and lending institutions.
