John Pelkey
Technical Expert - PCA, Remediation
John Pelkey has been with Vertex since 2015. As a Technical Expert – PCA, Mr. Pelkey performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Limited Subsurface Investigations, Property Condition Assessments, Transaction Screens, and Limited Compliance Reviews. Additional assessments include visual mold, asbestos, and lead-based paint surveys, radon testing, and lead in drinking water sampling. Though established on the gulf coast of Florida, Mr. Pelkey has conducted assessments across the United States and Mexico for a wide range of clients. Typical projects range from multi-family residential complexes to large industrial warehouse facilities.
