Senior Project Manager, Environmental Insurance
Mr. Daly is a Senior Project Manager within the Environmental Insurance team. Mr. Daly’s primary duties include management of junior team members, oversight of loss control for petroleum, heavy metal, and indoor air pollution insurance claims to ensure projects are conducted as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, as well as initial claim investigation. Specific duties include remedial activity proposal and cost estimate review, development of cost allocations, assistance with regulatory negotiations, invoice audits, scientific analysis of laboratory data and scientific reports, and general oversight of environmental remediation. Mr. Daly’s is the Seattle office’s Health & Safety Lead which includes assisting in preparation of Health & Safety Plans and leading periodic office Health & Safety awareness training and discussions. Mr. Daly has significant expertise in environmental remediation projects in both urban and remote areas of Alaska, as well as experience and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements for several other states, including Oregon, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
