Ken Clarke

Senior Managing Director, Forensics

Ken has extensive experience in Commercial Management, Contract Administration and Dispute Resolution under the FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, JCT and bespoke forms of contract. Ken has acted as Quantum Expert including giving oral testimony in front of leading Arbitrators and Counsel. Ken has, solely and as the lead in technical teams, carried out independent third-party expert determinations, prepared and defended quantum, time and contractual claim documents for Contractors, Employers and Subcontractors. Ken has worked on projects in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Eritrea, Madagascar, Libya and across many sectors including large mixed-use developments, infrastructure, rail, power, oil and gas. In addition to Ken’s technical experience, his managerial experience includes the role of Country Manager for a leading multinational consultancy’s largest cost centre which included the responsibility for the delivery all commissions within that centre.
