Mr. Whiteley graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2022. Prior experiences include interning as an Assistant Project Manager on the OPM team during summer of 2022 at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy New Student Housing Project. His background includes responsibilities in Project Management and Construction. He is currently an Assistant Project Manager on the OPM team.
