Sacha Miner has over 25 years of management and related experience in the construction and real estate industry. Located for over 20 years in Texas, Sacha provides project management, risk analysis, and consulting services to Clients nationwide.
As an Executive Vice President, Sacha plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of the Due Diligence and oversight processes. Her top priority is ensuring that VERTEX Clients receive the clear, concise information required to make timely and informed decisions. She also evaluates developers and contractors, ensuring that the timing, cost, and quality of their work meet Client expectations. Sacha’s areas of expertise include oversight and review of rehabilitation/renovation projects, completion of existing troubled projects, and monthly oversight and Construction Management services on new and existing projects focusing on Construction Management services.
Due Diligence Experience:
Sacha has extensive experience within the Due Diligence stage. She specializes in reviewing preliminary project information to include geotechnical, environmental, impact fees, etc., which help provide critical information for our clients’ early decision-making.
Preconstruction Experience:
Sacha’s review of preliminary contracts, budgets, estimates, A/E and GC review, and holistic approach to assessing the project provides crucial risk analysis and gives Clients feedback on risk/reward.
Construction Experience:
Sacha has extensive on-site experience in managing a wide variety of product types from start to completion. Her construction background allows her to provide valuable insight into even the most troubled assets.
Operations Experience:
Sacha’s impressive background allows her to support multiple functions within the Post Construction/Operations stage.
