He has been appointed as an Independent Delay Expert and drafted numerous reports providing a third-party opinion relating to specific matters of construction project delay. He is a disciplined practitioner of AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and has been formally trained to provide expert witness evidence.
He has provided expert testimony in binding Conciliation proceedings and in Arbitration under DIAC and ICC Rules.
