William Nangle
Project Manager, Owner’s Project Management
Mr. Nangle is a Project Manager for VERTEX. Mr. Nangle graduated from Boston Architectural College with a degree in Architecture. He has experience with many aspects of construction and design. Prior to employment at VERTEX, Mr. Nangle worked for an architectural firm where he was an assistant project manager for a large retail client (nationally), has helped on several other retail projects (nationally), commercial projects, as well as higher education facilities in Massachusetts. Mr. Nangle was involved in all aspects of projects from start to closeout. Prior to working in architecture, Mr. Nangle worked as a carpenter. With his background in both construction and design he is able to provide great services as an owner’s project manager (OPM) including project oversight, liaising with clients, architects, and contractors; verifying submittals; providing on-site project management services and strict adherence to deadlines and budgets. Mr. Nangle has provided OPM services for several projects, as well as helping in tenant improvement, private OPM projects, has helped in claim investigations, as well as health and safety.
