Brian Hill
Director of Consulting Services, Construction
For more than 20 years, Brian L. Hill has served as a trusted advisor assisting property owners, managers, occupants, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders to address complex issues in the built environment. With a diverse skillset that includes various aspects of the design, development, and construction industry and extends to information technology, marketing, business development, risk management, and corporate leadership, Hill is a recognized catalyst for change in fast-growing companies with sophisticated clientele.
Much of Hill’s experience as a professional has been within the context of legal disputes, conflicts, and claims in the dynamic and ever-changing niche of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) forensics. Whether producing powerfully effective demonstrative exhibits for triers of fact, advising clients and counsel on case strategy, assisting experts in writing and compiling reports for Federal Court, guiding eDiscovery and document analysis, or assisting with research and investigative efforts, Hill has been fortunate to have played an influential role in many precedent-setting and high stakes decisions over the past two decades.
In addition to his forensic background, as a fourth-generation real estate and construction professional from a somewhat entrepreneurial family, Hill is sought after as an advisor, consultant, writer, and speaker, especially on quality, risk management, and sustainability. He has worked with companies of all sizes and numerous industries to increase revenue by delivering more value while reducing risk and wasted effort.
