Jon LemieuxPE, CCM

Mr. Lemieux is an Executive Vice President at VERTEX. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Lemieux earned an M.S. in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Lemieux is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts. He holds OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety certification.

Mr. Lemieux is an active member of the engineering community, holding memberships with the A.S.C.E and B.S.C.E

Mr. Lemieux has also served as project director/owner’s project manager on a wide variety of municipal construction projects including town halls (renovations and new construction), public safety building construction (fire, police and public safety), public utility company building projects, school repair and upgrade projects (e.g. window replacements, roof replacements, HVAC repairs and upgrades, and science lab upgrades) and new school construction projects. In many of these projects, Mr. Lemieux assisted the clients in all phases of the design and construction process including designer selection and procurement, project programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and closeout. Mr. Lemieux has also completed projects utilizing various construction project delivery methods.

Mr. Lemieux is also a highly respected consultant to the surety claims industry. He has a wide range of experience on projects in areas such as educational facilities, stadiums, offices, transportation, wastewater treatment, biotechnology, hotels, residential, detention facilities, and government military facilities, among others. Mr. Lemieux is an expert in all facets of the construction industry from conception through closeout.
