Standard of Care MEP

VERTEX evaluates the performance of MEP engineers against the requirements of contract documents, applicable laws and regulations, and industry standards to opine whether or not an MEP engineer’s conduct met or fell below a requisite standard of care. Because VERTEX’s team of MEP engineers are both forensic experts and design professionals with current projects, our opinions are based on knowledge and expertise, are impartial and objective, are effectively communicated, and adhere to real-world ethical standards.
