Mr. Russell is the Director of Growth Strategy for VERTEX in the Project Advisory Group. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College in Boston, Massachusetts. He has a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license (unlimited). Mr. Russell is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, creating a roadmap for growth, and executing the plan to achieve business objectives.

Mr. Russell is a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver who thrives on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth. He has a keen eye for market trends and customer needs and is always on the lookout for new ways to expand the business. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Russell has a wealth of knowledge in all phases of development, design management, construction management, and project delivery systems. His journey in the construction and development industry began in 1990, and he has since worked on a wide range of projects, from small-scale residential developments to large commercial construction projects. He is highly skilled in all aspects of development, from feasibility studies to project design, construction, and delivery.

As a design manager, Mr. Russell has a keen eye for detail, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, while also adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
